Hooray! It is officially Spring! I hope that everyone is having a magnificent March. Here’s what’s new around the club this month. 

We would like to welcome new members Mark & Hillary Berry to the club. They received a transfer membership from Mark’s father Bob Berry who was later voted in as an honorary member.  

There will be work days every Saturday @ 8:00 AM from April 26th until the State Shoot. The first weekend we will be cleaning out the old shop. If anyone needs more information about any of these work days you can contact Dan Boucher @ 355-6824. 

The April Shoot Chairperson is Wes Johnson. The April Shoot will be held April 5 – 6. Member help will be needed and appreciated in all areas. Friday April 4th help will also be needed loading trap houses at around 5:00 PM. 

Below I have listed information regarding a Shoot and Dinner benefiting Children’s Hospital. There are contact #’s listed if you are interested in attending or donating. 

Shoot to benefit Children’s Hospital for Cystic Fibrosis and Leukemia

 

Date:                     April 12 at the Kingsburg Gun Club

Time:                    Pot Shoot 1:30 until 5:30, Cocktails at 5:30, Dinner at 7:00

Door Prizes:       $750.00, $500.00, and $250.00

Ticket Price:        $75.00…includes steak, extras, beer, wine, and soda 

Ticket purchase option:

Door prize donations are needed. If you have anything to donate, contact Terry Horstmann @ 559-246-1532.

I am hoping to have another Spring Fling organized and ready to announce soon, so stay tuned for more information in next month’s newsletter.
