November 2006 News Letter
It was nice to see everyone at last months Appreciation Dinner. If you didn’t make it you missed a nice afternoon and some great food. Thanks to those of you that showed up and a BIG THANK YOU to the members who helped setup, decorate, cook and serve.
In last months newsletter I told you there would be some workdays coming up for the construction of our new building. The following days are planned;
December 2 – Clean up and trim the trees in the area. We need to make a dump run so if you have a truck or trailer you can volunteer it would help.
December 9 – Form and dig the footings for the pad. We need strong backs and weak minds if you know anybody like that.
December 16 – Pour the concrete. Terry Horstmann is running this job. If you want to help, let him know you will be there so he can make sure he has the help he needs.
The trees will be trimmed in December so a workday will be scheduled at a later date for the clean-up.
If you haven’t already, you should be receiving your notice to pay dues. Dues are due January 1, 2007 and are late January 31, 2007.
Have a great Thanksgiving!
Bret
p.s. Congratulations to Gary and Stephanie Beer who were married on November 10th. We wish you guys all the best.
