Kingsburg Gun Club Rental Agreement
The undersigned hereby agrees to the rules and regulations for rental of the Kingsburg Gun Club Clubhouse on ________________ 20____ for entertaining approximately_________ quests for ___________________.
1. –Accept full responsibility for all alcoholic beverages (glass not allowed on grounds outside of clubhouse), property damages, bodily harm and stolen items.
2. –Decorations may be used, however, no staples, nails or screws may be used in decorating and all decorations must be removed.
3. –It is your responsibility to see that all guest park in the parking area only, that your guests remain in the clubhouse area as Gun Club members may be on the grounds at any time. The water area is off limits. Be sure that your guests leave the grounds at the end of your function. These functions can be handled by yourself, friends or professional security services.
4. –Your rental covers use of tables, chairs, large coffee pots, walk-in-box, stoves, ovens, sinks and countertops. No linens, dishes, utensils or silverware are included. The bar area cam also be used.
5. –The chair racks are not to be removed from the inside of the clubhouse. The tables and/or chairs are not to be removed from the clubhouse.
6. –Two security guards are required at your function. Please enclose a copy of your security contract when mailing back this contract.
The rental fee is $1500.00, Plus a $500.00 deposit which is refundable if grounds are left the way you found it. It is due and payable at the time this agreement is signed and this is your confirmation of the rental. If you find that it is necessary to cancel your rental, your fee will be refunded provided I am notified at least (90) days prior to the rental date.
(The agreement will have the name of renter or organization and signature of renter or representative, also the address and phone numbers of responsible party plus the date signed. The form will be sent into Booking Chairman along with a deposit ,once the agreement form is returned and signed by the Chairman it will be your confirmation of your rental.)
